About Wendy
A lifetime in travel, with a clear focus on Latin America.
I’ve worked in the travel industry for over 35 years, with the last 20 focused on representing Destination Management Companies across Latin America.
Before that, I worked as a travel industry trainer and then as a Product Manager building Latin America programs. Delivering training sessions and presentations has always been a big part of my role, and that experience really shapes how I work today.
I understand what tour operators need because I’ve been in that position myself.

How I work
I take a straightforward approach.
I get to know the tour operator properly. What they’re trying to achieve, how they work and what matters to them. That’s what allows me to match them with the right DMC partner.
I stay involved beyond the initial introduction. Whether it’s helping with content planning, supporting negotiations or stepping in when something needs sorting, I’m there when it matters.
You won’t get a generic recommendation. I only suggest partners I trust to deliver consistently

Why Latin America
Latin America has been my focus since 2001.
It’s a region I know well and care about. Not just the destinations, but the people behind the product. That’s what makes the difference.
I spend a lot of time travelling, keeping close to my partners and staying up to date with what’s happening on the ground.
Training and presentations
Training is a big part of what I do, and one of the parts I enjoy most.
